To achieve this, we have established the following terms and conditions, which outline the agreement between Shangaa High-End Safaris and our clients. Please read these terms carefully before booking your tour.

Booking and Payment

All reservations must be made in writing via our website or email. To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total tour cost is required. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of the tour. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods as specified on our website.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. The following cancellation fees apply: more than 60 days before departure, 30% of the total tour cost; 30-60 days before departure, 50% of the total tour cost; less than 30 days before departure, 100% of the total tour cost. We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another tour.

Changes and Alterations

If you wish to make changes to your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. We reserve the right to make minor changes to your tour itinerary if necessary. In the event of significant changes, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer suitable alternatives or a refund.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory for all clients and should cover personal injury, medical expenses, loss of luggage, and the cost of cancellation. It is your responsibility to ensure that your insurance is adequate and covers all activities included in your tour.

Health and Safety

You are responsible for ensuring that you are in good health and physically capable of participating in the activities included in your tour. Please inform us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or other special needs at the time of booking.

Liability

Shangaa High-End Safaris will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, and changes in government regulations. Our liability for any claim arising out of your tour shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the tour.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved by the courts of Tanzania.
